RADIANCE is an immersive evening pairing somatic, beat-driven Buti with the fun of a glow party and a full-body recovery session at Freedom Longevity & Wellness Lake Norman.
From 5:30-6:30pm, you’ll rotate through Freedom’s recovery modalities—Vibe-X, compression boots, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and cold plunge—to prime your nervous system, reduce inflammation, and boost muscle recovery before you hit the mat. Then from 6:30–7:30pm, you’ll drop into a Buti class that fuses primal movement, cardio dance, and deep core activation with driving music to help you get out of your head, into your body, and fully in your radiance.
